What data we collect

During booking and quote processes we process your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel dates and times, number of passengers, flight number (if given) and your booking note.

When you create a customer account we store your email address and an irreversible hash of your password.

During online payment your card number, expiry date and security code never reach our website or systems; you enter them only on the payment provider's 3D Secure page. Our system keeps only the card scheme, the last four digits, the transaction reference and the IP address of the device that started the payment.

When you visit our website, technical information sent by your browser (IP address, browser type, language preference) is kept in server logs for a limited time.

Why and on what legal basis we process your data

Your data is processed to create your booking, assign a driver and vehicle, communicate with you about the booking, track your flight to adjust the meeting time, take your payment, issue a receipt and fulfil our legal obligations (Travel Agencies Law No. 1618, tax and consumer legislation).

The legal basis under Article 5 of the KVKK is the conclusion and performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interest. Marketing communication is sent only with your explicit consent.

Your data is retained for the period required by law for booking and accounting records and is then deleted or anonymised.

With whom we share your data

Your personal data is never sold and never transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the extent necessary to perform the service it is shared with: the driver or supplier carrier performing your transfer (name, phone, address and time), the airport meet-and-greet partner, the payment institution iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. that processes your payment (name, email, phone, billing address and amount, as data processor), our email delivery and hosting providers and the flight data provider (flight number only).

Data may be shared with authorised public authorities upon requests based on legislation.

Cookies

Our website uses only the strictly necessary cookies needed to remember your session and language preference. No advertising or profiling cookies are used.

The payment provider's page you are redirected to during payment is subject to its own cookie policy.

Your rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you produced by automated analysis and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can submit requests to the email address on our contact page or in writing to the company address above. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
