Acceptance of the terms

Every user who visits the website, creates a booking or requests a quote is deemed to have read and accepted these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Distance Sales Contract and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Solevra Travel may update these terms; the current text applies from the date it is published on the website.

Booking process

A booking is created by entering the pickup and drop-off points, date, time and passenger details on the website and confirming the price. Your booking number and summary are sent by email.

A booking becomes final once payment is received or our team confirms it in writing. Round-trip bookings are planned as two separate trips and a different vehicle and driver may be assigned to each.

The passenger is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered (especially flight number, phone and address). Solevra Travel cannot be held liable for services that could not be performed because of incorrect information.

Pricing and extra charges

Prices are calculated according to vehicle class, route and any intermediate stops; the price shown at the time of booking is the total price including VAT, and the VAT amount is shown separately on the payment page. Prices may be offered in TRY, EUR or USD; payment is taken in the currency you selected.

Items that arise during the service and could not be known at the time of booking, such as waiting time, parking, bridge and motorway tolls and extra stops, may be charged as extra fees according to the rules stated in the Cancellation & Refund Policy and in your booking confirmation, and are notified to you separately.

Campaigns and discount codes are valid only under the stated conditions and within the stated period.

Provision of the service

Solevra Travel undertakes to provide its services with due care and in accordance with legislation. Website content is for information purposes; vehicle images are representative and the assigned vehicle may be a different model of the same class.

Delays or changes may occur because of force majeure such as severe weather, road closures, strikes or natural disasters; in such cases you are informed as soon as possible.

Limitation of liability

Solevra Travel's liability, where it is at fault, is limited to the amount paid for the booking concerned. No liability is accepted for indirect losses arising from missed connecting flights, trains or other transport services, or for losses caused by the passenger's own fault or by force majeure.

The passenger is responsible for their belongings in the vehicle and for observing the rules applicable inside the vehicle.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For disputes arising from consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the consumer's place of residence or the place of the transaction are competent within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts for disputes above those limits. For other disputes the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent.
