Safety and Chauffeur Standards in a Private Transfer: Licensed Agency, Maintained Vehicles, a Known Driver

Getting into a car in a foreign city, late at night, with luggage and children, calls for trust. That trust comes from structure, not promises: who is coming, in which vehicle, where the booking is recorded, and who to call if something goes wrong should all be clear in advance. This article describes the standards behind safety at Solevra Travel, plainly and without exaggeration.

A licensed agency

Solevra Travel is a travel agency licensed by TÜRSAB, the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies. In practice this means the service is provided by a registered legal entity, your booking is recorded under a number, and your receipt is in your inbox. If a problem arises, you are dealing with a licensed agency, not an anonymous person behind a phone number. You can view your booking any time on the find your booking page.

Vehicle standards

  • Maintenance: Vehicles receive scheduled servicing, and core systems such as tyres, brakes and air conditioning are checked regularly. Every vehicle is cleaned before each transfer.
  • Capacity: Each vehicle class shows its passenger and luggage capacity on the booking screen, and that capacity is never exceeded. No luggage on laps, no more passengers than seats.
  • Seat belts: Every seat has a working seat belt, and passengers are asked to wear it for the whole journey.
  • The vehicle is yours alone: No other passengers are picked up on the way, and nobody you do not know gets into the car.

Chauffeur standards

  • An assigned chauffeur: A specific chauffeur known to the agency is assigned to your booking. Who is coming and in which vehicle is set in advance; with meet and greet, the chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name.
  • Conduct: The chauffeur is neatly dressed, carries your luggage, opens the door and knows the route. There is no smoking in the vehicle, and you are asked about music and temperature. Conversation follows your preference.
  • Driving: Speed limits and traffic rules are respected. The price on the booking screen is fixed, so there is no meter and no discussion about money with the chauffeur.
  • Route: Your destination address is on the booking, and the chauffeur drives there. The route does not change unless you ask, and there are no unplanned stops.

Travelling with children

Baby seats and booster seats are fitted on request; a note in the booking is enough. Adding the child's age and weight to the note lets us prepare the right seat. Infants are counted as passengers, so seats and belts are planned accordingly. More in our family transfer guide.

Flight tracking and waiting

Your flight number is on the booking and the flight is tracked. If the plane lands late, the chauffeur stays in the terminal, and within reasonable limits there is no extra waiting charge. Moving from the terminal straight to a waiting car, without lingering, is an important part of safety on night arrivals; our night flight guide covers this.

Records and contact

Every booking has a number, a confirmation email and a receipt. If you want to share your journey with someone at home, forward the confirmation email; the route, date, time and vehicle class are all in it. For changes and questions, use the contact page. If anything unusual happens, we reach you on the phone number in your booking, which is why it should be correct and switched on after landing.

Payment security

Payment is by card with 3D Secure, and you enter the verification code your bank sends. Your card details are not stored by Solevra Travel. The amount is shown with VAT before you pay and does not change afterwards; nobody asks for cash at the door or adds a charge on arrival. The booking steps are explained in our booking guide, and why a fixed, recorded arrangement matters is covered in why private transfer.
