How long does the journey take?
A private transfer from Istanbul Airport to Taksim usually takes 45 to 60 minutes. On weekdays between 07:30 and 10:00 in the morning and 17:00 and 20:00 in the evening it can stretch to 75 minutes; at night and in the early morning it can drop below 40. Hotel drop-off and Beyoğlu's narrow streets
Taksim Square and Cumhuriyet Avenue are wide roads, but the boutique hotels of Cihangir, Galata, Asmalımescit and Çukurcuma sit on single-lane, steep and sometimes pedestrianised streets. A private transfer has two advantages here:
