Why your flight number matters so much
The flight number field on the booking form is not decoration. Once it is entered, your flight's departure, in-air status and landing are monitored, and our operations team and your driver see changes before you can tell us about them. A booking without a flight number only has the time you typed, which means any delay has to be reported by you.
If your flight is delayed
A delay is the most common situation and the easiest to handle. Because your flight is tracked, your driver sets off for the updated landing time, not the original one. There is nothing you need to do while you are in the air. When you land, a driver booked with meet and greet is waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board; without meet and greet, the driver is ready at the meeting point stated in your confirmation. If your flight lands early
Early arrivals are tracked too. Your driver is directed to be at the airport ahead of the new landing time, and in most cases is ready before you reach the baggage belt.
If your flight is cancelled or you are rebooked
When a flight is cancelled, two things matter: that you let us know, and that you send us the new flight number.
- As soon as the airline rebooks you, send the new flight code and date through the channels on our contact page.
- Your booking is updated to the new flight and keeps the same reservation number.
- If the new flight is the next day, the transfer time moves with it.

If you miss a connecting flight
If you are flying to Istanbul with a connection and the first leg is late enough to miss it, your arrival flight into Istanbul has changed. The flight we were tracking is no longer the right one, so we need the new number. The quickest way is to send a photo of the new boarding pass the airline gives you; your driver is then rescheduled for the new landing time.
If your departure is delayed on the way home

Do I pay extra for a delay?

What if I entered the wrong flight number?
The flight cannot be tracked and the driver comes for the time you typed. Contact us as soon as you notice and the booking is corrected to the right flight.
Do I lose my transfer if the flight is cancelled?
No. Once you tell us about the cancellation, your booking is moved to the new flight and you continue with the same reservation number.
